The City of Hastings Parks & Rec Dept. is sponsoring a mini concert on Sunday, July 22 at Chautauqua Pavilion. Mike Mennard, the Nebraska Pirate, will take the stage at 7pm. Mike Mennard has recorded six family-friendly CD’s, including his most recent, “It’s a Pirate’s World”. The concert is open to all ages and will be free to the public.
